In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2017, read with clause (e) of sub-section (2) of the section 174 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby appoints Pr. Additional Director General/Additional Director General (Adjudication), DGGI, New Delhi as the Central Excise officer for the purpose of adjudication of the Show Cause Notices, details of which are indicated in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the Table below: —
